Service Requests may be submitted through the website or the mobile app at any time. Service Requests will be processed during regular business hours.
Report common issues such as potholes, dumping, and more complete with location, details, and photos. Once submitted, your request will be routed to the appropriate department for review and handling.

To assist in addressing your concern it may be necessary for City staff to contact you for additional information and/or clarification. Please provide your name and either a phone number or email address in your request. If you cannot be contacted, it will not be possible for City staff to update you on your concern.
